In The Philippines, the corrupt government imposes a rule in all Business offices to "forcefully" deduct our income tax, so everytime you receive your salary it's seem there's no increase at all. How about the multi-billionaire Henry Sy, Arroyo, Zobel de Ayala, Tan, and Manalo, if they pay their taxes (without bribary), Philippines won't be left behind in the economy.
